Sales Representative – Remote
Phoenix Accounting is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves a combination of outbound sales calls, relationship-building, and partnership development with businesses and industry professionals.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, building long-term professional relationships, and creating connections that help grow the firm. While many of the calls will be cold outreach, this is not a high-pressure telemarketing role. We are seeking someone who can represent our firm professionally, confidently, and conversationally.
This position is ideal for someone who is upbeat, motivated, personable, and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day. Experience in the equine industry, accounting industry, or business development is highly preferred — but we are open to candidates who are eager and willing to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses and individuals
- Introduce Phoenix Accounting’s services in a professional and friendly manner
- Build relationships with business owners and professionals
- Develop referral partnerships and networking opportunities
- Schedule consultations for prospective clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication
- Maintain accurate lead and communication records within HubSpot
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Represent the firm positively and professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Professional and confident phone presence
- Organized and dependable
- Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred, or willingness to learn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Outlook, and Teams preferred
- Sales, customer service, or business development experience preferred
- Knowledge of the equine industry and/or accounting industry is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
