Hannah Padgett is the Founder and CEO of Phoenix Accounting and EquiAssist, where she combines her passion for financial clarity with a deep-rooted connection to the equine world. As a Senior Accountant with over 15 years of experience, Hannah specializes in providing high-level accounting, administrative, and show support services tailored to professionals in the show horse industry. Her leadership is defined by meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and an innovative vision for simplifying complex financial processes.
Bailey Padgett
HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
Knowing just how valuable each of her sisters could be to the firm, Hannah has slowly been able to recruit both of her sisters one by one. The last to finally cave to Hannah's persistence (and she is very persistent when she wants something), was Bailey. Bailey didn't grow up as invested in the horse industry as the rest of them did but she dipped her toes in here an there in between dance recitals and performances.
Bailey received a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Kennesaw State University, she has a rather impressive dance resume; performing with Aegis Dance, Daniel Qwirtzman, was a member of the KSU Dance Company and Zoetic Dance Ensemble and taught ballet at Dancers Inc. Bailey still actively dances for Sanspointe Dance Company.
In her professional career, Bailey has extensive experience in Marketing and specializes in Human Resources. She was the HR Specialist for Encore Rehabilitation's Home Office, the largest privately-owned rehabilitation company in the Southeast.

TAYLOR PADGETT

When Hannah started Phoenix Accounting she had two goals in mind, keep it equine focused and keep it in the family. Both goals she has been able to obtain. Taylor Padgett was a successful product of not only Hannah's teaching career but also has become a successful part of Phoenix Accounting. Taylor grew up in the show horse industry as well and also was crowned Miss West Point Rodeo Queen in 2015.
She has been the HR & Safety Specialist for Adam's Beverages and brings a wide range of knowledge to the company from payroll processing to beer tax reports to fleet management to financial forecasting and everything inbetween. Taylor's constant continuing education has led her to receive extensive training in ADP payroll processing

Sierra Wisely is one of our up and coming Accountants. Sierra recently graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is also a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.
With a background in veterinary service industry, she is no stranger to the animal industry and brings a fresh perspective to Phoenix Accounting with her ability to integrate her background in to the firm. We look forward to having Sierra help with expansion in to the veterinary field of accounting.
Summer Wyatt

Summer Wyatt has progressive experience in philanthropic leadership and program development. Throughout her time serving multiple not-for-profit organizations, both professionally and as a volunteer, Summer has a proven track record of managing complex projects while engaging and influencing communities to support an organization’s success.
Her work has primarily focused in the equine and veterinary industries, where she thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and developing new supportive programs.
Summer was born into the horse show world, with a family heavily involved in local shows throughout the two Virginias, where they exhibited their amateur owned and trained string of Hackneys, Roadster Horses, pleasure ponies, Saddlebreds and even Quarter Horses. She continues to own and exhibit American Saddlebreds and serves on committees of the American Saddlebred Horse and Breeders Association.
Summer’s history in finance and logistics and lifelong experience in the horse industry combine in her work with Equiassist; expertly taking care of your horse business tasks, whether large or small, so you can focus on the tasks only you can do as a horse trainer and/or barn owner.
