Hannah Padgett's success story, like most, started with a big idea and zero cash. Growing up with a middle-class family with a family background in cattle farming, teaching and entrepreneurs; Hannah grew up knowing what hard work and dedication were all about. Not only did she grow up watching her parents run businesses, but she also worked at each. From an early age of 10 years old helping her mother with invoicing clients at her safety company to her early twenties helping her father in his restaurant; she studied what worked and what did not work for each business.
With a passion for showing and working with American Saddlebred Horses, Hannah opened her own stable at just 13 years old with the help of her grandmother. What started as a small two stall barn grew into one of North Alabama's Premier Stables and is still growing each year. Not only did Hannah realize she needed to have an edge over the competition and became the only Certified Saddleseat Level II Riding Instructor in the state; but she also realized it was imperative to join forces with people that complemented her weaknesses. This enabled the stable to flourish and is now it is an unstoppable force garnering several world titles each year in multiple breeds.
In her mid-twenties, Hannah joined The Morgan County Junior League and found her passion for giving back to the community. Hannah's willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty put her on the path to be the Fundraising Chair for Bacon and Brew, their largest fundraiser event each year.
Hannah was also extremely successful in the corporate accounting world before leaving to join the contractor ranks for DoD contracting companies. It was because of her extreme success that she felt the need to open an accounting firm. With clientele from all over the country, this business venture is yet another Hannah Padgett success story that focuses on small to mid-sized businesses.
Along the way, Hannah has created multiple other successful businesses as well as non-profits. Unlike some entrepreneurs that try and fail, every company or non-profit created by Hannah Padgett is still in operation and is extremely successful today under Hannah's leadership. If you ask stakeholders, it is Hannah's take-no-prisoners attitude in business that has put her the path to greatness.
If you are looking for a business partner, a member for your board of directors or even a consultant, look no further than Hannah Padgett.
